I was thrilled to be invited to contribute to Netflix's Fast & Furious Spy Racers animated series. The brief called for a colorful energetic approach and I had a lot of fun putting these together with the rest of the team.

Once again I had a blast working alongside the crew at Cantina, this time for Captain Marvel. I was tasked with creating the look of the Skrull mindfracking device used early in the film. The shape language needed to be organic and flowing, and I took a lot of inspiration from cell division and plant life.

I had the privilege of coming along to work on early UI and HUD concepts for DC's Aquaman. It was a blast bridging the functional with the organic, and we heavily referenced aquatic fauna, bio-luminescent creatures and underwater life to get the right look and feel.

Joining my friends at Cantina Creative I was tasked to create HUD elements for the Royal Talon Fighter, piloted by Okoye in the early part of the film. Functions ranged from ship controls, steering and idle states to the more active weapon systems used by colonel Ross later in the story.
The designs needed to fit into the vibrant palette of styles and colors that had already been set in the Black Panther world, and I was thrilled to get a chance to contribute to it. For the windshield HUD, I wanted the elements to feel primal, and mimic the wingspan of a bird of prey. The steering elements were heavily influenced by African masks and jewelry patterns, to complement the beads present in the other Wakanda’n tech. The gold was a natural choice not just for royalty, buy also as an element present in much of Okoye’s suit, and finally, shining like the golden feathers of a great bird.
The end results turned out amazing, and I am honored to have been a part of this production. Thanks to everyone involved, and all the people at Cantina for their support and contributions. Wakanda forever!

For Drifter VR's first person shooter "Gunheart", I came on board to design the HUD UI, graphics and weapon reticles. Defining the visual language for all the ui elements presented a unique challenge, particularly in VR. The usual amount of detail needs to be a lot more subdued, favoring bolder shapes and strong compositions.
In addition, the humorous style of Gunheart lent itself to interesting color choices and sillouhettes. It was a fun task finding the balance of designing for playability while maintaining a scifi feel without losing the attitude and tone of the world of Gunheart.

Between 2015 and 2016 I spent about a year creating user interfaces and interactions for the feature film “What Happened to Monday”.
The list was long, and included defining the design and art direction for a suite of tech that spanned a command console, screens, bracelets, tablets and mirrors. Alongside VFX Supervisor Bryan Jones and a talented team of artists, we produced 150 shots.
I’m so grateful for the having had the opportunity to help bring Tommy Wirkola’s vision to the screen. Congrats to the whole production and everyone involved.

For this installment in the Terminator series, I was tasked with designing the FPV display of the legacy T-800 and created a number of concepts to guide the art department for the look and feel of the user interface design.

What started out as a short film concept about an interdimensional primate searching the universe for spiritual guidance through the harvesting of psychotropic plants, became a design exercise in crafting his cockpit ui, navigational systems and plant tracking.
